DRUMWORKS combines music and coaching skills to inspire transformation in the work place. 

It is a model environment within which companies and organisations can develop skills and competencies to resolve challenges that prevent them from achieving common goals and objectives

DRUMWORKS is a style of training that is both innovative and effective in dealing with some of the key issues at the heart of human resource development. Their use of African drums and spontaneous singing performance create events that are both inspiring and unforgettable.
