Glass Artist
God is the original artist - his innumerable skills clearly evident in everything: colours, light and texture. Lisa's main desire as an artist is to reflect on and celebrate the beauty of all he has made.
Lisa's creative passion was first ignited at primary school, from there she went on to specialise in textiles at foundation level and finally found her ideal home studying Architectural Stained Glass at the University of Wales in Swansea. During this time she began to explore and develop her ideas on a larger scale, drawing on the translucent quality and vibrant colours possible through the medium of glass.
Upon moving to Oxford, Lisa found a welcome hand and generous offer of studio space with the Ark T Centre, where she has also run creative holiday workshops for local children.
She now works for Veritasse at the Meller Gallery, Witney - helping to raise the profile of other Christian artists and is further developing her unique style through decorative glass and printmaking techniques.
