This month marks a year of Ark-T managing two centres for the community – Ark-T Centre and The Venue, which we took under our wing in summer 2018.

Our mission: to offer two welcoming, vibrant, enriching spaces for the community to enjoy.

To celebrate this milestone and give a big thank you to the people that have made it all possible, we shared breakfast with some of those who’ve hired our spaces so far…

Waste 2 Taste made the pastries and kept the coffee flowing, we shared stories about our groups and activities and plotted positive plans for the future of the spaces together.

Ark-T Centre and The Venue have welcomed over 130 Hirers to the spaces since last summer, and countless meetings, classes, workshops, social groups and events of all kinds.

We are incredibly proud of the community that has grown within our walls and want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone that has supported us and brought their activities to our centres.

And we’re keen for your contributions too … So pop in for a coffee, stay for lunch and share your ideas for the future and proud community moments, via our suggestion boxes and community stories board, in the café at Ark-T Centre.
