Ark-T Centre announced Oxfordshire’s first ‘Customised Bike Festival’ which took place on October 21st in Broad Street, Oxford.
The Great British Bike Off offered individuals and groups the opportunity to: restore abandoned or unrideable bikes, customise their own bicycles, enter them in a competition and join dozens of other special bikes on a city centre parade.
