HerSpace Senior is a creative wellbeing group for young women aged 12 to 17, designed to build self-confidence, improve wellbeing, and support building supportive friendships in a safe, inclusive space.
The group encourages individual creative choices as a powerful tool for self-expression, exploration and personal growth.
We explore termly wellbeing themes through creative projects that reflect the voices, interests, and needs of the young people who attend.
We celebrate and support each young person’s individuality, offering space to grow, express themselves, and build a strong sense of self.
Twice a year, we host public exhibitions in our Welcome Space that focus on boosting confidence and self-esteem, while celebrating each young person’s achievements and creative journey.
