Creative Wellbeing Workshops

USING CREATIVITY TO IMPROVE EMPLOYEE WELLBEING
Ark-T is a charity that passionately uses art and creativity to improve wellbeing for individuals and the community. Our skilled and experienced practitioners have devised workshops that can strengthen your team’s wellbeing holistically, including measuring the impact of this for you over time.

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
Creative in-person wellbeing workshops for your teams delivered by skilled and experienced art and wellbeing practitioners from Ark-T, an arts and wellbeing charity. These workshops can be delivered at your workplace, Ark-T, or a place of your choice.

TEAM AND WORKPLACE BENEFITS
A meaningful increase in occupational wellbeing leads to an increase in productivity. Current evidence shows that investing in staff resilience and wellbeing reduces absenteeism and presenteeism and drives higher productivity with more innovation.

WHY CHOOSE ARK-T?
Ark-T has worked as a creative wellbeing centre in the heart of Cowley, Oxford for 24 years to deliver transformative programmes that help people unlock their potential.
