Tony Lorenzo

Originally from Spain and now based in Oxford, Tony is a photographer, illustrator and lifelong maker. Having drawn since childhood, he has always been interested in art, craft and visual storytelling. His creative practice explores memory, archives and the stories that images carry across time, as well as how art can help us make sense of our experiences, relationships and sense of belonging.

As a neurodivergent person, he is particularly interested in the different ways people experience and navigate the world. He believes that communities thrive when people are given opportunities to be heard, valued and connected to one another.

Tony Lorenzo is the Centre Manager at Ark-T Centre, where he oversees the day-to-day running of the organisation and coordinates the monthly Community Lunches. He enjoys creating welcoming spaces where people can connect, share experiences and feel part of the community.
